Our new en-suite bathroom was planned and bought from SBKC and Paul was recommended by them as our installer. Throughout the installation Paul was a pleasure to have around and nothing was too much trouble. His work is of the highest standard and he is a perfectionist and extremely professional and competent. We are delighted with our installation and would have no hesitation in using Paul again or recommending him.

Paul arranged the electrician and oversaw the various deliveries which meant the fitting was hassle free. Nothing was too much trouble and the quality of the work/attention to detail was excellent. Excellent quality of workmanship and professionalism. Paul was punctual every day and a delight to have around. We had to go away for 2 nights and left him to carry on with refitting the kitchen and cloakroom. It was a stress free experience for us and we would have him here to do more work. We employed Paul to replace our ensuite several years ago, and were very impressed with both the quality of his work and his friendly and professional manner. So when, this year the time came to completely replace both our family bathroom and cloakroom, we didn't hesitate to commission Paul again and we were once again very pleased with the high standard of his work. We had a very small shower room that needed to be replaced with a wet-room. Paul helped with the design to make it workable and we are extremely pleased with the end result. Paul is an excellent, hard worker who pays attention to detail and has a very high standard and quality of work. I would highly recommend him and will be using him do redo my kitchen in the future.

Having had Paul do 2 bathroom refurbishments, we didn't hesitate to ask him to install new kitchen worktops.

Paul recently did a complete bathroom refit for us. From his initial visit (when he was very helpful with suggestions for the design/layout) through to completion of the job, he was thoroughly
professional, with an eye for detail, very creative and displayed great overall workmanship - in addition, we were happy to leave him to get on with the installation while we were out at work. It was
no surprise that he uses other tradesman who also work to a high standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending him - for a craftsman of this quality, it was definitely worth the wait until he

Paul did a very professional job on our bathroom. Converting the existing fairly small, dated space, to our new requirements which included a new stand alone shower unit. This required all bathroom
furniture to be repositioned, requiring considerable knowledge and expertise to accomplish this excellently finished project. A job well done by a skilful dedicated craftsman. We would have no

Paul was with us for three weeks, he re-fitted our cloakroom, en-suite and main bathroom. Although we had to wait quite a few months before he could start, the wait was well worth it as he did a
great Job. Clean and tidy after each days work, arrived at 8am every morning and organised everything from start to finish. Thank you Paul, thoroughly recommend. -

Paul fitted our ensuite and main bathroom ordered through Stowmarket plumbing and bathrooms. This was a major project lasting over 2 weeks . Paul was very professional in his approach to the job
throughout this period and since. At the same time he was flexible enough to accommodate last minute changes to the original plan. -

Paul just fitted our new kitchen, and from start to finish done a fantastic job, everything was done to a high standard of craftsmanship nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely tidy all the
way through, such a nice guy and a pleasure to have in our house. -
Paul refurbished our cloakroom and en-suite to a very high standard. This included removing all existing tiles and replacing them with new ones which was done extremely well. Certain of our requests
required extra work but he took them in his stride and produced exactly what we were looking for.His hard work and attention to detail were excellent and we were without the facilities for a minimum

Asked paul to laminate & replace skirting boards in our hallway after he did such a great job when updating our bathroom (please see previous review). As always paul has completed his work to a
very high standard. Our hallway looks fantastic. Again paul was able to complete finishing touches i hadnt though off to make it look heaps better. Paul was able to advise us on the different types
of skirting boards & sent us photos of them to help us choose. Paul did our hallway for us while we were away on holiday, & i came back to find our home clean & tidy.Thanks again for all

Paul was recommended by a Stowmarket bathroom supplier as one of their best fitters. He did not disappoint and provided an excellent service from the start. Paul gave very good advice prior to
fitment on how to get the best out of the bathroom space. His workmanship was excellent and we are extemly pleased with our new bathroom. I would fully support other positive comments made on this
page as to his time keeping, tidiness and the excellent standard of sub contractors used. When we come to get our en suite refurbished, Paul will be first choice for a bathroom fitter. -
Our 25 year old bathroom was in serious need of a makeover and as Paul had undertaken work for a neighbour & came highly recommended we asked him to undertake the task - which he did, and did it

We used PB Home Improvements to re-fit our en-suite and couldn't have been happier. Paul is very hard working (8-5.30 each day) and his attention to detail meant that the end result exceeded our
expectations. From our first meeting we knew that our re-fit was in safe hands, and Paul's cleanliness meant that we were able to sleep in our bedroom each night despite the work being done.
We would not hesitate to recommend Paul (in fact we already have!) and he will be our first port of call for any future jobs. -
Paul did an amazing job at tiling our bathroom to a high professional standard. His finishing touches (concealing piping & chrome finishes on corners to name a few) makes my bathroom look better
than i could have ever expected. Paul also installed a heated towel rail & shower screen. He always arrived prompt every morning & left our home clean & tidy at the end of the day. Paul
was always able to offer advise and answer questions, he also pointed out ways to improve the overall finish which i had never considered. I highly recommend pb home improvements. -
